“We are honored to be recognized for our culture that supports women in advancing their careers,” said Julie Creamer, senior vice president for NMHC and president of Northwestern Memorial Hospital. “We are committed to offering programs and benefits that assist women in achieving a work-life-balance while thriving in their careers and making substantial contributions to the organization. As our health system grows, we’re excited to extend these programs and continue this longstanding tradition of supporting women leaders at our sites of care across the Chicago region.”
